Sulawesi Tenggara Attracts Tourists: Guangzhou-Palu and Jakarta-Luwuk Routes Opened

To stimulate tourism growth in Sulawesi Tenggara, two new air routes are set to launch by 2026. Indonesia’s Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ni Luh Puspa, announced the opening of the international route Guangzhou-Palu and the domestic route Jakarta-Luwuk. This strategic expansion aims to improve the region’s tourist accessibility. Guangzhou-Palu flights will commence in May 2026, with Jakarta-Luwuk flights available from June 2026.
