Indonesian Universities Receive Awards for Outstanding PR

In 2025, during the Diktisaintek Awards in Jakarta, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek) recognized the country’s top universities for their public relations achievements. Organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, the event served as a benchmark for how academic institutions handle communication challenges and maintain their reputation by providing beneficial information to the public. Minister Brian Yuliarto highlighted the importance of university PR teams in advancing education and technology. This year, significant emphasis was placed on the management of social media and websites, whose creativity has set a new standard. Leading universities such as IPB University and Universitas Gadjah Mada were among the award recipients.
