The city of Depok has become an attractive site for millennials and young families. According to the latest reports on Indonesia’s real estate market, in the first quarter of 2024, property sales in the Jabodetabek area were dominated by the productive age group, reaching 55%. In this context, PT Pos Properti Indonesia, in collaboration with Ruma Development, is developing a new residential project in Harjamukti, Cimanggis, Depok. The project is targeted at young families and first-time home buyers, offering around 60 housing units priced between IDR 1.5 and 2.5 billion. The project includes strategic proximity to public transport and commercial facilities, which supports mobility and access to daily needs. Focusing on comfort and lifestyle needs makes this project an example of established trends in the 2026 real estate market.
