Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) has announced ambitious plans for business expansion until 2026. In 2025, the company’s revenue soared by 49.8% to Rp1.31 trillion. The company has also completed 100% of its projects, highlighting its reliability in the market.
CEO Anthony P. Susilo stated that throughout its 30-year history, the company has always aimed to adapt to market conditions. Its strategy is designed to sustain growth and ensure long-term income. With the new Semarang Shopping Center project set to operate in 2026, INPP aims to strengthen its commercial real estate portfolio and its position in the national market.
The company has also seen significant success in both the hospitality and commercial property sectors. On the back of strong profit growth, INPP announced a dividend payout to investors.
Collaboration with Japanese Hankyu Hanshin Properties reflects Indonesian Paradise Property’s strategic development plans.
