The most sought-after properties are those with sizes of 91-150 square meters priced around IDR 1.58 billion, making up 23.4% of total searches. This reflects a trend towards affordable housing in urban areas. Properties under 60 square meters at an average price of IDR 545.6 million account for 22.9% of interest.
