REI Chairman Says Indonesia Is Lucky to Have President Prabowo

During the 54th anniversary celebration of the Real Estate Companies Association of Indonesia (REI), Chairman Joko Suranto stated that Indonesia is fortunate to have President Prabowo Subianto. He noted that Prabowo places significant attention on the housing sector, which is strategically important for national welfare improvement. Suranto emphasized the theme of this year’s celebration, which mirrors the Paris Agreement. The event was held in a hybrid format and gathered participants from across Indonesia.

At the tumpeng cutting ceremony in Sorong, West Papua, were present Governor Elisa Kambu and other regional officials. Suranto mentioned that REI’s efforts in addressing housing problems contribute significantly to national development, particularly for low-income households.

Suranto also expressed gratitude for the support from local authorities and highlighted the importance of Prabowo’s housing initiatives, which stimulate the construction sector and reduce poverty in the country.
