BTN Housing Loans Reach 5.97 Million Units Since 1976

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, known as BTN, has announced the issuance of 5.97 million housing loan units worth IDR 555.11 trillion from 1976 to 2025, focusing primarily on the subsidized mortgage (KPR) segment. BTN Director Nixon L.P. Napitupulu emphasized the bank’s strategic role in housing development in Indonesia. Subsidized mortgages accounted for 4.4 million units valued at IDR 300.99 trillion, including both conventional and shariah products. In the non-subsidized segment, 1.3 million units worth IDR 218.57 trillion were disbursed. BTN also offers home collateral loans and home construction loans, totaling over 262,000 units worth IDR 35.5 trillion. BTN’s role in supporting the housing sector continues to grow, contributing to the national economy.
