JAKARTA - The Adaik Suluah Nagari exhibition has officially opened at the National Museum of Indonesia, with the Ministry of Culture using this event to encourage improvements in the management of regional museums. Minister of Culture Fadli Zon emphasized that this exhibition is not just a ceremonial event. He described it as an educational space that showcases the cultural richness of the Minangkabau people, focusing on social structures and local wisdom. The exhibition features artifacts, building miniatures, costumes, jewelry, and everyday life of the Minangkabau. The minister urged regional museums to enhance their displays, improve educational aspects, and use the National Museum as a benchmark.
