Siskohat Integrated with Saudi Arabia's Nusuk, Eases Hajj Visa Processing

As a result of a strategic integration, Indonesia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s Computerized Hajj System (Siskohat) is now linked with the Nusuk platform used by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This integration allows for direct validation of Indonesian pilgrims’ data, providing a faster and smoother visa processing experience. The integration process began in October 2025 and involved several stages, such as assessing technical requirements and cyber security. By January 2026, the systems were successfully integrated and ready for operation. Consequently, data exchanged now happens automatically, significantly speeding up the process. Farosa, the head of the Data and Information Technology Center of Indonesia’s Ministry of Hajj, notes that this move will support safe and efficient pilgrimage management.
