Indonesia and Saudi Arabia Strengthen Digital Integration for Hajj and Umrah Services

In recent years, digital innovations have become an essential part of various sectors, whether in commerce or religious rituals. Indonesia and Saudi Arabia have thus joined forces to digitally transform their systems related to Hajj and Umrah services, placing the quality of new technologies as a priority. A meeting on this issue was held in Mecca, where Indonesia’s Minister of Hajj and Umrah emphasized the importance of modernization to ensure the safety and convenience of pilgrims. Indonesia supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan, which aims to enhance all aspects of Muslim interactions with key religious rituals.
