PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI), through its subsidiary Rain Realty, has commenced an ambitious project named Samara Residence in Palaran, Samarinda. In 2026, their goal is to construct 288 residential units over an area of 4 hectares. By the end of May 2026, they plan to deliver 30 units of the first phase to the buyers. The project, valued at 60 billion Indonesian Rupiah, has already attracted substantial interest and investment from local residents, with 171 units sold.
