Summarecon Launches New Megaproject in South Tangerang

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk has announced plans to construct a new megaproject in South Tangerang. The project will include the development of a shopping mall, residential complexes, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces. In collaboration with PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal, two subsidiaries have been established to carry out the project. Summarecon’s efforts are underpinned by impressive financial results achieved in the third quarter of 2023, including a 111.3% increase in net profit.
