FEB Unib and DPD Himppera Equip Students with Developer Skills

The Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Bengkulu (Unib) is enhancing its role in preparing graduates who are not only academically proficient but also ready to apply their knowledge in the business realm. Collaboration with the Regional Leadership Council of the Himpunan Pengembang Permukiman and Perumahan Rakyat (Himppera) in Bengkulu Province aims to equip students with skills in the field of development. On Thursday, February 12, 2026, a collaboration was signed between FEB Unib’s Dean, Dr. Rina Suthia Hayu, and the Chairman of DPD Himppera Bengkulu, Edwar Setiawan. This partnership marks the beginning of synergy between academic circles and practitioners to foster professional young developers in the region. The program will initially be implemented through seminars and educational forums about development, where practitioners will share their expertise with student participants from FEB Unib. These initiatives are expected to equip students with the skills necessary to create a successful future in the real estate industry.
