Indonesian real estate company ERA Graharealty (IPAC) has announced a plan to increase its property transactions by 25% in 2026. This reflects the company’s confidence in the country’s stable economic improvements and continuous government support. According to company President Darmadi Darmawangsa, 2025 was a stable and successful year, allowing the company to achieve a 9% sales growth compared to 2024.

Darmawangsa mentioned plans to open 20 new offices in major cities throughout 2026 to support market growth. He also emphasized the importance of the secondary market and the strength of ERA Graharealty’s extensive agent network and client trust.

Throughout 2025, the secondary market accounted for 90% of transactions. The company is focusing on further developing this sector, implementing new strategies such as enhanced customer service and leveraging government initiatives to boost the primary market.
