President Prabowo's Approval Rating Reaches 79.9%

The latest survey results have shown a high approval rating for Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto. According to the “Indikator Politik Indonesia” survey, 79.9% of respondents expressed satisfaction with his performance. The survey was conducted from January 15 to 21, 2026, using a random sampling method. Of the 1,220 respondents, 13% stated they were “very satisfied” with the president’s performance, while 66.9% were “somewhat satisfied”. During a February 8, 2026 conference, lead researcher Burhanuddin Muhtadi noted that satisfaction levels among respondents remain high and stable compared to the previous year. This reflects broad support for the course set by President Prabowo’s administration. However, as Muhtadi points out, the number of those “very satisfied” is still limited. The survey also revealed that 17.1% were “less satisfied”, and 2.2% were not satisfied at all. These results may serve as an important indicator for political observers and strategists associated with the current administration.
