Legal Advisor Reminds of the Rights of Victims' Families in ATR 45-500 Crash
The Indonesian aviation industry mourns again following the crash of the ATR 45-500 aircraft in Bulusaraung mountains, South Sulawesi, on January 17, 2026. All 10 people on board, including crew and passengers, are presumed dead. Aviation law expert Columbanus Priardanto reminded the families of the victims of their legal rights, warning against potential fraud.
