Elnusa Successfully Applies CWD Technology at Samberah Oil Well

PT Elnusa Tbk, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, has successfully applied advanced Casing While Drilling (CWD) technology at the Samberah oil well in Sanga Sanga, East Kalimantan. This was the deepest implementation of CWD technology in Indonesia to date. The application of CWD significantly reduced drilling time and minimized operational risks such as shallow gas and circulation loss. With innovative systems such as auto-drilling and the Casing Drive System, the drilling process became faster and more stable, allowing Elnusa to conduct safe and efficient operations.
