Indonesian Property Sector: Largest Asset Companies in 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, Indonesia’s property sector demonstrated remarkable growth according to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The property index (IDXPROPERT) increased by 54.98% year-to-date, ranking it sixth among 11 sectors. Leading the way, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) once again affirmed its position as the company with the largest assets, reaching 77.40 trillion rupiah.
The review of 2025 also highlights significant standing of the second leader - PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) with assets of 49.46 trillion rupiah. They are followed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk and PT Ciputra Development Tbk, each with assets around 49 and 46 trillion rupiah respectively.
The property sector remains resilient and attractive for investors, integrating real estate development as a central direction of the country’s economy. Its strong position is reinforced by consistent demand and long-term, well-known projects that continue to attract robust funding and interest.
