PKS DPR RI Faction Leader: Strengthening Youth Role in Democracy

The significance of youth participation in Indonesia’s democratic processes was once again emphasized during a visit by the Central Board of the Indonesian Islamic Students’ Action Union (PP KAMMI) to Abdul Kharis Almasyhari. The faction leader of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in the DPR RI highlighted that youth play a strategic role in ensuring the sustainability of the country’s democracy. The visit, held on February 10, 2026, in Jakarta, provided an opportunity to discuss the need for continual enhancement of the youth’s role in the political landscape.
