Recently, passengers at the Kuningan LRT Jabodebek station faced an unpleasant situation as the elevator became stuck. A video of the incident quickly went viral on social media, drawing the attention of many users. PT Kereta Api Indonesia apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers. This incident occurred at 1:08 PM and immediately prompted swift action from the staff. Passengers were in the elevator for 1-2 minutes before personnel arrived, opened the doors, and released them. By 3:51 PM, the elevator resumed normal operations after a necessary check by the technical team.
