Jetour Claims Positive Consumer Response to T2 After Incident

A recent incident involving a Jetour T2 SUV on the Jagorawi toll road sparked public interest and questions from potential consumers. However, PT Jetour Sales Indonesia claims that the event hasn’t significantly affected interest in the T2 model or Jetour products overall. Sales Director Michael Budihardja acknowledged that the company has provided comprehensive information about the incident, and most consumers have understood the situation. He emphasized that external factors, unrelated to Jetour’s product quality, were responsible for the accident, and noted an increase in sales to over 1,000 units. Jetour remains committed to strict safety standards, transparency, and consumer education, aiming to maintain confidence and secure its market position.
