Governor Apologizes for Blind Woman's Accident in Jakarta

The video showed a woman holding a cane, appearing stunned, with her clothes and belongings dirtied by the ditch water. Reports suggest that the incident occurred because the woman was denied assistance when she requested help from Transjakarta staff.
A representative from Transjakarta also expressed regret over the incident, stating that an internal review is underway to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
