Rakernas Gemantara 2026: Businesses Ready to Collaborate with Government

The national working meeting of Gemantara Indonesia for 2026 was held in Jakarta, where the organization announced new strategic initiatives. Representatives from different regions of Indonesia gathered to discuss the new direction and approve six strategic programs. These programs focus on leveraging digital technology and invigorating economic activity. Dr. Puguh Wiji Pamungkas, president of Gemantara Indonesia, emphasized the organization’s role as a strategic partner to the government, aiming not only to grow businesses but also to create a growth ecosystem.

The six initiatives include G-CONNECT (a digital platform to strengthen networks), G-GROW (a learning management system for business development), G-CARE (a digital donation platform), G-ADVOCACY (legal and tax support services), G-FEST (an initiative to boost the creative economy), and G-NEXT (a program for young leaders).

Secretary General Firdaus Usman highlighted the necessity of integrating digital platforms for consolidating efforts from central to regional areas. Executive Director Gunawan Saputro stressed the need for standardization and the formation of learning groups in each region.

Leaders reinforced their commitments during a strategic dinner by signing the Commitment Sheet, emphasizing their collective pursuit of a sustainable future based on principles of Connection, Growth, and Impact.
