Danantara Transfers 154.77 Million Krakatau Steel Shares to BP BUMN

At the beginning of 2026, significant changes occurred in the shareholding structure of PT Krakatau Steel. PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) transferred 154.77 million shares of the company to the Indonesian state through the state asset management agency BP BUMN, in accordance with Indonesian laws. This move complies with Law No. 16/2025, which mandates that the state must hold at least 1% of shares in state-owned enterprises in the form of Seri A Dwiwarna shares. The transfer process had been ongoing for several months and concluded following the approval of the contract by BP BUMN management.
