Indonesia and Vietnam Develop Digital Payment System

Indonesia and Vietnam have embarked on a technological cooperation in digital payments to enhance transparency and efficiency in financial transactions, particularly for SMEs in Indonesia. This collaboration, supported by the Sakuranesia Foundation, involves cross-country strategic meetings. During one such meeting at the office of Alliex Vietnam in Hanoi, PT Tasi Venture Indonesia and Alliex Vietnam Joint Stock Company discussed expanding cooperation in the digital transformation of the economic sector. PT Tasi Venture Indonesia representative, Setya Warsukianto, noted that the technology developed by Alliex Vietnam offers comprehensive integration of transaction systems with real-time monitoring capabilities and a transparent and accurate reporting system. This enables businesses, especially SMEs, to have an integrated transaction recording system, increasing their chances of accessing formal financing and expanding their business. The technology also plays a strategic role in strengthening the SME ecosystem, improving transparency in the distribution of government aid, and reinforcing the financial transaction system for Indonesian migrants. Founder of the Sakuranesia Foundation, Tovic Rustam, emphasized the importance of strengthening digital technology to promote a transparent, inclusive, and sustainable economy in Indonesia. Alliex Vietnam’s Director, Mr. Park Byoung-gun, expressed the company’s willingness to support the development of a digital payment system in Indonesia. This initiative opens doors for broader collaboration in strengthening the SME ecosystem and accelerating digital transformation of the national financial sector.
