76 Years of BTN: 5.97 Million Housing Units Financed

In 2026, PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) celebrates a remarkable achievement, having financed over 5.97 million housing units with a total value of IDR 555.11 trillion. Most of these are subsidized home ownership loans (KPR) aimed at low-income families. BTN’s CEO, Nixon LP Napitupulu, emphasized that housing financing has been the company’s core activity since the first KPR was issued in 1976. According to Napitupulu, BTN is committed to maintaining its crucial role in providing affordable housing to citizens.
