Communication Channels and Media: Kemenkum's Double Triumph at PR INDONESIA Awards

The Ministry of Justice (Kemenkum) of Indonesia has won two gold awards at the 2026 PR INDONESIA Awards for its YouTube channel and profile video. This prestigious event celebrates outstanding achievements in communication and media across Indonesia. The first award was given for the exceptional use of digital channels, particularly YouTube, where the Ministry actively shares information about laws and current initiatives. The second award was for the video titled ‘Hukum Asli Indonesia’, showcasing the unique legal features of Indonesia. According to Ronald Lumbuun, the Head of the Bureau of Justice and Public Communication, this recognition acknowledges the efforts of Kemenkum’s team in enhancing public communication. He emphasized that the importance of communication lies not only in conveying legal norms but also in creating a context understandable to ordinary citizens. The Ministry actively utilizes digital platforms to reach a broader audience, ensuring quick access to information and strengthening public legal literacy. This acknowledgment encourages the communications committee to continue working and developing new ways of communication to make legal information more accessible and comprehensible.
