MTN Seni Budaya Strengthens Indonesia's Cultural Resources and Opens Creative Jobs

The National MTN Seni Budaya program, presented by the Chief of Presidential Staff of Indonesia, Muhammad Qodari, aims to strategically support resources in culture and create new jobs in creative industries. The initiative will be implemented nationwide, covering 58 cities and regions, demonstrating its scale and reach across Indonesia. Qodari emphasized that culture should be seen not as a state burden but as a strategic development investment.
The program focuses on identifying and developing cultural talents, providing unique opportunities for both emerging talents and seasoned artists. Support will enable them to ascend to national and international stages, enhancing global recognition of Indonesia’s cultural identity.
MTN Seni Budaya creates conditions not only for talent development but also for positively impacting the creative economy and job creation. This aligns with the goal of President Prabowo Subianto, emphasizing the development of creative industries for societal wellbeing.
Qodari highlights that the program is attractive for its holistic approach, which combines inspiration, education, and practical skills, ultimately leading to Indonesia’s sustainable economic growth through culture.
