At a recent Travel Agent Kick-Off event, PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia (TMI) introduced a new feature - Visa Protection. This feature offers financial safeguarding for clients in the event of visa rejection by reimbursing associated costs according to policy terms.

The event gathered over fifty travel agents in Jakarta, providing a forum for exchange and alignment of services for 2026. The event also awarded outstanding agents who achieved program criteria, offering them travel incentives.

According to Djoko Mulyono, Head of Product Development, visa processing is a critical stage in the international travel process. The feature aims to protect clients from financial risks related to visa rejections.

The program covers not only visa costs but also includes reimbursement for travel expenses like tickets and accommodation, subject to policy terms. This helps clients better prepare and reduces travel-related stress.

Tokio Marine Indonesia emphasized the importance of collaboration with agents to ensure the most comfortable travel conditions for clients.
