Property Credit in Indonesia Grows by 7.4% in November 2025

According to Bank Indonesia, the volume of property credit in November 2025 grew by 7.4% year-on-year, reaching 1,513.5 trillion IDR. This growth is attributed to an increase in residential and construction loans. Loans for home and apartment ownership increased by 6.9%, while the overall volume of bank-issued loans grew by 7.9% year-on-year. Investment loans also showed significant growth, increasing by 17.8% compared to the previous year.
